About Amy

Hi, I’m Amy, strength trainer and yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in the industry. I believe every person should feel at home in their body, and I’m here to empower clients to build a stronger and more caring relationship with themselves through movement.

I have a degree in modern dance and worked as a professional dancer before transitioning into yoga and fitness, and also currently work as a trauma educator in the nonprofit space. Thus, I have worked with a diverse range of people and bring a well rounded approach that is inclusive of all bodies. My approach is both heart centered and challenging; I provide accountability and push my clients to become stronger than they ever thought possible, while holding space for mindfulness and introspection.

With my strength training clients, we work on foundational strength moves that target each major muscle group and progress over time to build muscle - beyond that, a typical session looks different for each client depending on their personal goals and preferences. I do not bring generic workouts; I collaborate with clients to create programming they actually enjoy working on. This supports clients in integrating movement into their life long term.
