My favorite client story
Bryan-- the man, the myth, the legend! My absolute favorite client story is of a young man in Colorado, named Bryan. Shortly after his third birthday, Bryan was diagnosed with an inoperable giloma (tumor) on his brain stem and given a 0% chance to live. Fast forward 24 years and Bryan is now a happy cancer survivor. Not too long into his 27th year of life, Bryan suffered from a stroke that partially paralyzed his right side. I met Bryan almost two years later, and he hired me as his trainer. Bryan was always ready to workout, he trained harder than anyone I have ever met, and he pushed himself to become a better person daily. Our focus was to increase strength and ROM, which we accomplished due to Bryan's work ethic. He also gained feeling in his big toe on the right side, which is amazing! He is now able to walk several steps without cane assistance, and will continue to progress with future training.

I have been working with Chris as my trainer for over 8 years and he is wonderful. I was always athletic and fit in my college days but life catches up when you work and have kids etc. He has been great at still challenging the athlete in me while customizing our programs over the years as I have advanced or had obstacles, like coming back from a c-section. Chris customizes his approach for each client and is truly on the journey with you. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone of any age and fitness level. He takes the time to get to know you and your goals. Unlike the muscle head trainers I have seen friends use at gyms Chris is worth every penny and I have the smaller jeans to prove it. Don’t hesitate and call him to see for yourself !
I’ve been working out with Chris for a year and a half now and I’ve lost almost 75 pounds with his workouts. I started with in person workouts and for the last year I have been doing his online training. Regardless of which option you choose you know your going to get a killer workout. He switches up the workout so your body never gets used to anyone thing and yiu definitely get better results. Chris was the first person to actually get me to look at nutrition and working out as a lifestyle not just an on and off thing. He made it easy to stick to a routine and having his training and his nutrition plan together makes it so I literally don’t have to think about anything I just do what he has planned for me and I get the results I want. I went from 297 pounds and 42% body fat to 220 pounds and 12% body fat in around a year’s time. His plans are affordable and he’s willing to work with you to find what plan works best for you. It’s no coincidence if you want results Chris is your guy!!!

I can't say enough good things about Chris! He's simply the best. Chris helped me turn my life around for over a year now and is the best at his profession. He pushes you, but is kind, he is very diligent in his approach, extremely knowledgable about all things fitness, and knows how to tailor each program per the individual he's working with. I know this because I've gone through several trainers and none of them had the answers for me like Chris did. Since working with Chris, my energy levels are so much better, my thyroid issues have subsided, and I'm continuing to lose weight. I've finally found the answer for a healthy and sustainable fitness method that works for me. Thanks for everything, Chris, you rock!!
If your looking for a personal trainer/ nutritionist, this is your guy. He is very professional and serious about his work. If your looking for someone to step your training up or lose those last few pounds give him a try you won’t be disappointed.
My sister and wanted to start the new year with a new habit of working out. We are officially headed into our 4th session with Chris. He has been patience and understanding of my previous injuries and adjusted the workouts for my level, he has even allowed my 10 year old nephew to join in (in house training). It's been great so far and we are looking forward to the progress in training. I definitely would recommend him.
Chris is an OUTSTANDING trainer...definitely has exceeded our expectations. He is always prepared with detailed plans and takes the time to explain everything!m. He is incredibly motivational and super supportive. The app he includes is also a great tool for tracking and augmenting the in-person sessions. What a great find...we could not be happier!
Chris is extremely helpful, with the meal plans he provides his clients and the abundance of knowledge he has on the body. He is willing to stay in contact even if you are not using some of his services. He truly cares for his clients and wants to see everyone succeed!
