Welcome to your next Xecution in fitness! I’m Coach XT (short for X-tina, and even shorter for Christina). My passion for this lifestyle of being strong, moving freely, feeling accomplished, and loving my body for what it was, what it has become, and what it can do is my forever fate and way of life. 


It didn't always come this easy though! I can proudly say that I've been through ALL the ups and downs of the fitness life. I've spent countless hours working out without seeing results. I've tried all the "fad diets" out there that somehow claimed to work for anybody. I've spent months wasting my time doing endless cardio, (bored out of my mind.. UGH it's the worst!) thinking it was going to make me "toned". I've jumped from machines to treadmills to free weights, spending more time commuting between the 3 than actually working out. I've experienced all the frustrations of feeling one side of my body work twice as hard as the other side or feeling my quads burn when I was supposed to feel my glutes. I've laughed at myself trying to learn and keep up with Zumba dance moves. I've pushed through workouts even when my shoulder was screaming for help. I'VE BEEN THERE, GUYS! IT'S NOT FUN!


So finally, I did something about it. I knew how much I genuinely enjoyed fitness and how bad I wanted to find a guaranteed way of succeeding. And that's when it happened. I took the leap of faith and decided to take my love for exercise and movement and tun it into a career-- to learn as much as I could to change my life and the lives of anyone facing the same struggles as me. 


Do I love fitness? 110%. But does it take up my entire life? Of course not! I'm huge into healthy cooking and baking (yes, baking can be healthy), LOUNGING, writing, reading, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, and, well, pretty much anything that keeps me moving! I'm a big kid at heart, what can I say? I believe there is ALWAYS a reason to laugh, smile. and have as much fun as possible.. even during an intense, killer workout!

My favorite client story

Knowing that one of my clients couldn't walk up her own flight of stairs without pain before meeting me. Now, she deadlifts more than her own body weight EASILY, and with PERFECT FORM!

My favorite exercise

All functional, full body exercises that use every muscle in the body to perform. These are the exercises that will burn the most calories, strengthen the body as a WHOLE, and get you results the fastest

My training philosophy

Fitness isn’t just sweating until you’re swimming in your own puddle- or lifting things up until your arms can barely move- or repping out squats until your legs give out from under you. I’m here to show you the bigger, better, SMARTER, and much more effective side of fitness. I’m here to show you that no matter what your Xpectations are from day 1 with me, you’re going to crush those Xpectations, then you’re going to Xceed them! Because guess what…. Goals HAVE NO LIMITS! And to prove that, you’re going to see that you can accomplish so much more than what you set out for yourself. Weight goal? We’ll hit it, and then some! Run a mile? We’ll run 5! Hit a 200lb squat? How about a 220lb squat (with perfect form, for that matter)! Bend over without pain? You’ll be deadlifting more than your own body weight without pain! See where I’m going with this? It’s all about Xceeding Xpectations! As a coach, my goal is to have you become the strongest, healthiest, most motivated and confident version of yourself. My coaching includes accountability, movement analysis, PERSONALIZED nutrition guidance (because everyone’s nutrition plan will be different), full body functional training, and more!
