I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist through the American Council on Exercise for several years now. I grew up an athlete playing sports like football, basketball, baseball and weightlifting in my early years. I also played some college football. Then things change with time, our body's change, our activity level decreases, and we find ourselves overweight and out of shape. Like many others I faced the challenges of starting and stoping programs, yo yo dieting, and not knowing what to do before I was able to find the right combination of cleaner eating habits, stronger mindset, and the appropriate exercises in order to create my own transformation and lose over 100lbs! My mission is to educate you, motivate you, and empower you achieve a healthier happier lifestyle.

My training experience
I put myself on my first day at the age of 11 to make the weight requirements for a youth football team. Although I was overweight most of my childhood I grew up with workout equipment in my basement and started training at the age of 14 with the help of my older brother. Although I’ve only been a certified trainer for four years exercise has always been a part of my life.
