About Edward

Intelligence is the ability to be able to adapt to change, that is my motto. Training clients is not a cookie cutter scenario. In my years of experience I have the acquired necessities to take every client and provide them with their own personal journey. I am currently pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist, using my experience in the field and integrating it with my recreational experience, I am able to provide the best of both worlds. Training can be repetitive and intimidating, however, I make it so it is a learning experience with challenges and constant progression (with laughs along the way). I work with clients in a manner where they become confident in how to properly exercise and meet their goals. 
My passion lies within the Health and Fitness industry, however, I am able to captivate my clients to sincerely keep sessions from ever having a dull moment.  I have worked with an array of clients from: teenagers, geriatrics, pre/post surgery, last minute "summer is around the corner" client, to overall healthier lifestyle needs. I love seeing clients triumph from their hard work, being a a part of helping them reach their goals is why I do what I do.

My training experience

I have always gone by "intelligence is the ability to adapt", I have personally participated in various types of sports. I started as a soccer athlete, pitched in high school. As I got older my ego grew so I dipped my feet in to the bodybuilding and powerlifting world. Though I never competed in bodybuilding I have competed numerous times in Powerlifting. I later changed gears and began doing recreational martial arts. What I learned is that no matter how different the sport is the fundamentals always remain the same. Techniques will change and adaptation will be required, but foundation never changes. Recently I have decided to add long distance running into my resume, I have ran a few races including 4 half marathons . I completed my first ever half Ironman (70.3) race and now I am looking forward to a full distance for 2020. In a nutshell, I like to take what I can when I can and manifest it to my clients. Thats what I love most, knowledge is best passed down.
