Intelligence is the ability to be able to adapt to change, that is my motto. Training clients is not a cookie cutter scenario. In my years of experience I have the acquired necessities to take every client and provide them with their own personal journey. I am currently pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist, using my experience in the field and integrating it with my recreational experience, I am able to provide the best of both worlds. Training can be repetitive and intimidating, however, I make it so it is a learning experience with challenges and constant progression (with laughs along the way). I work with clients in a manner where they become confident in how to properly exercise and meet their goals.
My passion lies within the Health and Fitness industry, however, I am able to captivate my clients to sincerely keep sessions from ever having a dull moment. I have worked with an array of clients from: teenagers, geriatrics, pre/post surgery, last minute "summer is around the corner" client, to overall healthier lifestyle needs. I love seeing clients triumph from their hard work, being a a part of helping them reach their goals is why I do what I do.
My favorite exercise
I love every type of exercise. Im a big believer of fundamentals. Foundation is always key.
My favorite quote
I didn't come this far to only come this far.
My training philosophy
I got this from my boxing mentor, "if it moves, it can be trained" Joe Rossi
My training experience
I have always gone by "intelligence is the ability to adapt", I have personally participated in various types of sports. I started as a soccer athlete, pitched in high school. As I got older my ego grew so I dipped my feet in to the bodybuilding and powerlifting world. Though I never competed in bodybuilding I have competed numerous times in Powerlifting. I later changed gears and began doing recreational martial arts. What I learned is that no matter how different the sport is the fundamentals always remain the same. Techniques will change and adaptation will be required, but foundation never changes. Recently I have decided to add long distance running into my resume, I have ran a few races including 4 half marathons . I completed my first ever half Ironman (70.3) race and now I am looking forward to a full distance for 2020. In a nutshell, I like to take what I can when I can and manifest it to my clients. Thats what I love most, knowledge is best passed down.

Edward knows his stuff. He listens to your goals and expectations. He keeps me focus on my goals. He adds his suggestions to help me work toward my goals and comes up with a fitness program that delivered beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.
He’s a perfect personal trainer.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Edward. The physical and mental benefits that have come from our training sessions have surpassed my expectations. He's helped me reaching my physical goals but most important to have more confidence in myself and that I can do it. He has a great personality and maintains professionalism while also being very personable. He really listens to your needs and expectations and adapt the training in order for you to reach your goals. He always encourage me and we have fun during the sessions. Starting training with Edward a few months ago was the best decision I took and I am looking forward for more sessions with him to achieve new goals.
I have been working out with Edward for a year and I can see the change in myself with improved strength and toning. Workout sessions with him are challenging that he changes the exercises frequently to break the routine. Edward is a good motivator and very comfortable to work with. I look forward to continue working out with him!
Edward has a way of keeping our sessions from feeling repetitive, I never knew there were so many ways to train one muscle group. He was able to rehab me back from a sprained ankle and still meet m goal of losing weight. He is outstanding and I recommend him to anyone.
I would highly recommend Ed Morales to anyone who is wants a more healthy lifestyle. He is versatile in his skills regarding meal plans, work out regimes, and helping clients with various types of alternatives and modifications due to injury’s or pain. Gives great encouragement and is very flexible in scheduling!
I have a terrible back and one of the main reasons I need a trainer is to make sure I don't hurt myself trying to get in better shape. Edward has been a huge reason why I'm actually pain free right now (minus the sore muscles from working out). I'm a beginner and I'm overweight and I'd recommend Edward to anyone in the same boat.
