I put each person first..my focus and dedication is to you. I look at each client, get to know them and set realistic goals with them. I make each client know they are not a number, but assist them in their fitness needs. Workouts are meant to be a challenge, safely structure, but fun...never boring, but above all beneficial to you.

18 Years as Fitness Director in local facility.B.A. Exercise Science, A.A. Health & Physical Education Certified personal trainer for over 20 years, Trx Trainer certified, kettlebell certified, Cancer Exercise Specialist Certified, Arthritis Foundation PACE land exercise certification, Sprint 8 Certification, Physical Therapy Aide Certification. I am also American Red Cross CPR and AED certified.

I've also been featured and quoted in local SJ magazines as well as appeared on local and National TV for fitness related topics.

It's about helping others live a healthier which in turn makes it a more meaningful life.
