I put each person focus and dedication is to you. I look at each client, get to know them and set realistic goals with them. I make each client know they are not a number, but assist them in their fitness needs. Workouts are meant to be a challenge, safely structure, but fun...never boring, but above all beneficial to you. My credentials: 18 Years as Fitness Director in local facility.B.A. Exercise Science, A.A. Health & Physical Education Certified personal trainer for over 20 years, Trx Trainer certified, kettlebell certified, Cancer Exercise Specialist Certified, Arthritis Foundation PACE land exercise certification, Sprint 8 Certification, Physical Therapy Aide Certification. I am also American Red Cross CPR and AED certified. I've also been featured and quoted in local SJ magazines as well as appeared on local and National TV for fitness related topics. It's about helping others live a healthier which in turn makes it a more meaningful life. Your body is an amazing machine and it's a wonderful thing when you feel good, look good and feel confident about yourself. A healthier life is a happier life and it makes me feel good knowing if I was able to help someone make a positive difference in their life.

I have many from those I helped achieve their goals to just make them feel better for everyday living. I am proud of the fact that my first client I ever trained (who is 90) still trains with me...over 20 years later!

I like using different modalities that are not always standard which includes: medicine ball/ Kettlebells/ battle ropes, trx and great body weight exercises
