About Greg

My training is built around one simple fundamental, sustainability. What is a good training program if it's unsustainable? My key to a sustainable program is making it fun. You guessed it, all my of my training sessions are first and foremost, fun. They're exciting. They'll make you feel like you're on top of the world. All of my personalized training is built to suit YOU! Everyone is different and there is no plan that suits all. This is something I practice and preach to all my clients.

I've worked with a huge variety of clients, all that come from different backgrounds and different fitness levels. Each and every one has taught me valuable lessons that I bring forth to the next person I get to train.

I became a trainer to spread my love and passion for fitness and show people that movement and exercise can be fun and rewarding! I take great pride in being YOUR trainer and I am more than confident we can achieve whatever goal you may have, together!
