My passion for fitness started my freshman year of college. I fell in love with cycle classes at Arizona State and right then and there, I knew there was something calling me to help others find life and joy through exercise. Before I knew it, time flew by and now here I am teaching a variety of group fitness formats, personal training, and coaching CrossFit. It really is the life, right?
I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and high intensity interval training. My CrossFit background has given me the ability to coach the olympic lifts from the deadlift to the clean and jerk. I focus on hitting ALL aspects of fitness with my clients. Just because you can run 5 miles, doesn't you can lift a heavy box off the floor. For that reason, my workouts are often a mix of stability, strength training, and cardiovascular endurance.
