About Jeremy

Hey! I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach for about 3 years now, although my fitness journey began almost 10 years ago. Ive received my B.S. in Exercise Science at William Paterson University and since then had worked at St.Barnabas as an Exercise Phyisologist and as a Master Trainer/Fitness Coach at commercial gyms and in-home training companies.
I fell in love with the progress I made when working on myself, and also always enjoyed helping others along the way achieve their own fitness goals. As a Trainer/Coach, I’ve learned that everyone has their own preferred way of training, but also needs accountability at all times. As someone’s Fitness Coach, I understand it is my job to help with a workout regimine, constant nutritional guidance, and overall motivation and accountability.
