Fitness wasn’t always my passion. Quite frankly, I wanted no parts of it growing up. I would always get discouraged in a gym because I lacked the knowledge and expertise to know and understand how to reach my goals. It wasn’t until I hired a trainer who took the time to not only show me how to train properly, but also explain to me the science behind each exercise and why we are doing them. Anyone can sell workouts. I’m not here just to sell workouts. My goal is to get my clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle through proper exercise and nutrition and to teach them how to maintain that lifestyle forever. There is no greater reward than to watch someone achieve their fitness goals knowing I played a small role in that.  I have worked with numerous clients over the years from obese clients to professional athletes. My specialties are weight loss, strength training and functional training as well as working with post physical therapy patients on their progression. I also do virtual training for anyone out of range. Thanks for taking the time to read my bio and I look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals.


My favorite exercise

If I had to pick one it would be the Deadlift. Great exercise that works multiple areas of the body.

My training experience

I’ve been a trainer now for 5 years. I started out in a large gym and quickly worked my way up to the director of personal training for that gym. That particular job took away from what I love which is 1 on 1 training. I left that company and have been privately training since January of 2020.
