I believe that mental and physical health go hand-in-hand. After finishing my Associates in Social Work I began training with two women that inspired me and pushed me, and that's when I realized the best way for me to help people is through fitness. I love reading and listening to podcasts about health and fitness for fresh insight on ways I can be helping my clients reach their potential- and watching them realize they can do so much more than they thought!
