About Linda

I can train you with 4-session or 8-session packages. Please reach out for my hours and free consultations so we can talk before formal training.

Individualized personal attention and a progressive program that is designed specifically for you! I don't believe in "cookie cutter" workouts. Every one of my workouts is different and is specifically written to target your personal goals. I am trained in Wellness Coaching therefore I take time getting to know you, your lifestyle, career, interest. Exercise, eating healthy and getting fit doesn't have to be a negative experience. Together we will make your goals achievable and enjoy the journey of creating a new healthy lifestyle for you!

I've been working out with Linda for over 6 years and I have never felt better. She has me in great shape and, best of all she, modified my workouts when I was having back issues.
