My client started out with me looking to lose weight with the goal of feeling fit by her next birthday. She also had a wedding to attend. Through working together twice a week, she has lost 13 pounds so far, many inches and a couple percent bodyfat. She is well on her way! The best part of her success is sharing in the excitement when she sees the results. And even better is watching her gain strength and endurance! She has so much more energy and motivation in every area of her life. I am so honored to be part of this journey with her!!
My favorite exercise
I like to incorporate resistance training with weights, bands, medicine balls, as well as use tools like the TRX, Bosu and any other equipment I can to give you a workout that will keep your body continually guessing what's next. That's how we'll get you the results you're looking for!
