I became a health coach & personal trainer because I'm passionate about women's health & fitness throughout their lives, including during peri-menopause & menopause. I work to empower women to take charge of their health throughout their lives as well as this transitional time so they can remain fit & healthy & enjoy their life.
No matter whether you’re a beginner who is new to exercise or someone who is looking to get back into working out, together we can develop a program to specifically fit your goals. I work exclusively with women and women's health and fitness.
In my prior career as an insurance broker, I assessed my clients risks to ensure they were covered for unexpected events. As your personal trainer & coach, the first thing we will do together is assess your current health and fitness levels so we can develop a program to get you the best outcome possible based on your goals, needs and desires.
Together we will design a program based on your specific goals and needs so you can enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle going forward. We will work to get you to where you want to be. Part of the services I offer my clients are providing nutritional guidance, health/wellness coaching, food-log feedback and I perform regular re-assessments to track your progress toward your goals.
I train my clients in strength training, bodyweight exercise/calisthenics, functional fitness, balance training and cardio and we have fun in the process!
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is walking, I enjoy being outside and taking in the sights while keeping my body in tiptop shape. I also love training with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells and I enjoy varying my workouts with bodyweight exercises. My favorite exercises are squats and planks!
