A little about me. I was always a very active person but I wasn't into fitness. When I hit midlife & experienced all the changes that came with it, I started taking my health & fitness much more seriously.
I've been an online personal trainer for almost 4 years now & my passion is helping women to create a healthy lifestyle in a holistic way.
No matter whether you’re a beginner who is new to exercise or someone who is looking to get back into working out, together we can develop a program to specifically fit your goals. I work exclusively with women.
I customize the tools & strategies I use for each individual client to get the best results possible and to reach their goals. We are all so different and our needs are as unique as we are.
I have advanced certifications such as Fitness Nutrition Specialist; Health Coaching; Metabolic Female (Advanced Metabolism & Female Hormones) and Meditation & Mindfulness.
Exercise isn't a punishment, its a celebration of life and uncovering what you are capable of! This will spill over into every area of your life.

My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is walking, I enjoy being outside and taking in the sights while keeping my body in tiptop shape. I also love training with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells and I enjoy varying my workouts with bodyweight exercises. My favorite exercises are squats, planks and push-ups!
