My love for fitness started in 1985, and after raising three childrenn i decided to dedicate my time and energy to it. I have been certified since 2004 and cater to any age group and gender. My workouts are interesting, motivational, safe and effective. If you have time to spare or are tapped for time, i can design a fitness program for you!
