Sharif is a great trainer who makes sure your routine is steady, effective, and well-planned. He explains the techniques and is patient. Sharif makes sure you are using good form and helps you to have realistic goals. I didn't feel pushed or overwhelmed, but felt I was getting a well-rounded work out.
