I struggled with my weight for a good portion of my life. My heaviest reaching almost 200 lbs at a little under 5'3". I tried so many fad diets, which resulted in weight loss but the weight would return as quickly as it left. Finally having enough of being uncomfortable in my own skin, depressed, self conscience, and all around unhealthy; I decided to try something different and went to the gym. When I first started going to the gym it was intimidating due to my inexperience and complete lack of knowledge in "working out" (which was one of the many reasons I never went to the gym previously), but I was determined and sought out as much information as I possibly could which ultimately led me down the path of becoming certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Personal Training Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I understand the challenges and struggles. Through my own successes and failures, they have given me a perspective that many trainers do not have. Whatever your goal may be, I have the tools to help you get there. I will not say that every day is easy, or that you will reach your goal tomorrow....but with time and dedication you can and will succeed!

Every person I train makes an impact on me, so I do not have just one favorite story. I am proud to be a part of their journey and providing them with the tools to reach their goal, but I believe that their success belongs to them.
