About Antony

Hi my name is Antony, I have been doing fitness and its various facets for just over 10 years. I have always been an athletic guy playing different sports like basketball, football and soccer. However, growing up my true passion was Track and Field, which led me to become an All-American Track Star during my senior year of High School. With that being said for most of my life I struggled gaining muscle and was considered the "skinny guy." Yet, this just motivated me to further my knowledge on how I could surpass my genetic predisposition and build the body I wanted. I became an active learner, adjusting strategies as my knowledge expanded, began lifting weights and have never looked back.
Throughout my experience I found that a lot of people resonated with my journey, and struggled because fitness plans weren't catered to their individual needs. That is why, my philosophy surrounding fitness revolves around YOU, YOU ARE THE CORE! And together, we will work as a team to get YOU where YOU want to be!

Currently, I am teaching group classes in Astoria Park, Queens. I offer a variety of different types of group classes such as Strength Training, HIIT, Boxing, Sprints, Circuit Training and Yoga/ Meditation. However, I am looking to take on one on one clients to help them reach their goals! Working out is hard enough on its own, and can be intimidating that is why I have a tailored approach that puts YOU at the center.

What is most important to me is whats most important to you. Thus, it is imperative that we discuss your goals. So that I can construct a detailed program catered to you. Rome was not built in a day, and often times I find that people have a hard time accomplishing their goals which is why I break them down to the day to day. We will work hard and educate you every time we are in session and when we are not. Build your confidence with little wins that will lead to the big wins. Having fun while keeping things professional, focused and challenging. Help you fall in love with the process and never look back. Your goals are my goals, now lets go get them!
