About Luke

I am a certified trainer with 6 years of diverse professional experience in the field, and a great passion for fitness & wellness of both mind and body. I'm a lifelong athlete and artist, and I pride myself on getting my clients to their goals and seeing the results they want in record time, all while promoting excellent health, sustainability, autonomy & longevity.
I have worked with every type of client, and feel very grateful to have the opportunity to have such a positive impact on the lives of others through my work as a trainer. I offer a variety of specialties, ranging everywhere from yoga (20 years of practice), to martial arts, to functional strength, mobility, weight lifting, and cardiovascular training & conditioning.
I view each client, whether short-term or long-term, as an important, fun, collaborative & creative effort, and I greatly look forward to hearing from you!
