I create each individual workout based off of your goals to ensure we are focusing on what is important to you and making progress at the same time. My favorite client story
My client Sharon had really badly degenerated knees and it made it difficult to do leg exercises in the past. but by altering angles and using different exercises we able to increase her leg strength and get her back to partial squats and lunges with no pain. Her increase in leg strength helped her in all aspects of her life and made her feel much more confident . Exercise changed her life.

My training philosophy
Exercise can be whatever you want it to be. It can be Intense or relaxing, but most importantly it must be stimulating and enjoyable. Find what makes you happy and what works best for you then do it. Exercise isn't a cookie cutter situation. Everybody is similiar but different and those difference make you unique. So lets focus on the things that make you unique!
My training experience
I received my first NASM training certification in 2000. With 18 years experience I've Trained clients from all different walks of life. From High Profile clients to the regular Joe and Jane, and all are treated with the same care and expertise.
I've also been a fitness and catalog model for almost 20 years and ive used my expertise to secure myself numerous advertising billboards and fitness and lifestyle campaign.
