I like to consider myself a "wellness professional" rather than simply a personal trainer. Wellness is defined as "the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort." As a wellness professional, I provide clients with whatever coaching they need to best support their goals. I have worked with clients on injury rehab, weight loss, building muscle and basic functional movement. Labels aside, I am a fully certified personal trainer and have specialty credentials for corrective exercise and pre/post natal exercise. Additionally, I have certifications in TRX and Kettlebells, which are two of the more versatile training modalities in the industry. I pride myself on intelligence, professionalism and sincerity. While I place great value in the credentials I have obtained, I place the most value in the interpersonal relationships I create with clients.
