Tyler Connell is a certified Personal Trainer and strength coach born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He found his passion for sports and fitness in high school after joining the football team as a runningback and linebacker. Through this experience, Tyler developed a healthier lifestyle and began to lose weight. He decided to use his talents and passion for fitness to not only help himself but to help others!
