About Tyler

Tyler Connell is a certified Personal Trainer and strength coach born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He found his passion for sports and fitness in high school after joining the football team as a runningback and linebacker. Through this experience, Tyler developed a healthier lifestyle and began to lose weight. He decided to use his talents and passion for fitness to not only help himself but to help others!

My favorite exercise is deadlifting. It targets many different muscles and structures of the body. It also shows how much of an integrated system there human body TRULY is.
