A typical session will include a cardio warm up, strength training, core and balance and stretching. However I will create specific workout plan according to my clients goals. I have worked with all types of people. My typical clients are women ranging in ages from 40- 75. I’ve been in the fitness industry my whole life. I’ve competed in fitness, bodybuilding, running, triathlon and now long distance cycling. I’ve always got great pleasure in helping others see and reach their goals.
