I help people learn exercise form to reduce the risk of injuries so you can keep going, healthy eating strategies to learn about portion/hunger control to better help you reach those goals, and track your progress along the way to see what works and what doesn't so we aren't wasting time!
My goal for you is to make it enjoyable and attainable, but most importantly…give you the GUIDANCE and MOTIVATION to do it all!

Training with AJ is always a fun experience. The programs are effective and enjoyable. My son has accomplished many of his goals with these programs. He is an athlete and his goals have been muscle and strength gains along with speed, power and agility. AJ’s programs have helped him attain these goals and they will continue to work together in the future. We recommend AJ as a trainer.

AT is absolutely the best! All I did was let her know I was interested in her help and the next thing I know she was a the gym with me with a personalized work out plan in place. I was nothing but happy (and sore) after the workout which is a good thing. That’s why it’s called a workout! I will continue to choose her for all my workout wants, needs, and questions. I highly recommend her! You won’t regret it!

Wow! The experience is great! After several recommendations, I decided to go with AJ. Because of my medical condition, I didn’t think anyone could help me, but she tailored my workouts for me and she did not disappoint. Trainer AJ does a wonderful job coming up with exercises that I can do and taught me how to use my body and incorporate exercises that prevent falls. Not only did she come up with a fitness plan to meet my needs, she also added meal planning as a bonus. Also, AJ helped me overcome issues like how to make cooking easier for my family, provides simple yummy recipes, and other tips that help me overcome roadblocks so I can be healthier and lose weight. If she can work with me, I know she can work with you!
