My name is Jessica, an avid fitness enthusiast and a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Wellness Coach in Orlando, Florida. Specializations include weight loss training, injury prevention, and functional movement training with a B.S. in Exercise Science and over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry.

I'm passionate about changing people's lives and helping them live a healthier lifestyle. My clients have referred to me as "extremely motivating and bubbly". My ultimate goal for my clients is to teach them to become more self-efficient and comfortable in the gym and enable them to take ownership of their body and lifestyle by giving them the tools and education to train more effectively and efficiently.

I know it can be intimating sometimes to start something new, especially if you have never worked out before but I aim to ease you into a program that will challenge you with new progressions over time. I never do the same work out twice and have many ways to switch it up so you continuing seeing results.

My motto: Be Fit For Life. There is no quick fix or magic bullet. You have to work hard for it and continue working hard. It has to become a lifestyle. I believe that by becoming more aware of bad habits and "triggers" that you can overcome major obstacles in your life that are holding you back from achieving your goals.

Whether your personal goal is to lose body fat, build core strength, increase flexibility, or just to become more active and feel better I have helped over hundreds of people reach their fitness goals. Expertise includes weight loss, strength training, sport specific training, and injury prevention. For my own exercise outside of the gym I enjoy mud runs, triathlons, playing golf and basketball, and running.
