About Doug
I like to focus on integrative fitness techniques that strengthen the mind and body. This can include functional mobility movement and mindful breathing exercises to help stretch the body and relax the mind. Or, more physical exercises such as cardio training and weight-training to help clients firm, tone and develop their physique. Deciding to be healthy is a choice and a lifestyle which can infiltrate every area of your life, if you let it. A healthy body fuels longevity, energy, and confidence but it all begins with finding YOUR balance and your (Y) why. Please contact me to learn more and let's see how I can help you.
