About Jacqueline
I am passionate about yoga and flexibility, building and maintaining strength for better stability and mobility as we age, and reproductive health for people with uteruses. I make workout routines simple enough that they can be done at home or on the go without the need for a great deal of specialized equipment. I strive to make fitness as accessible, fun, and mentally easy to commit to as possible. Having lost and kept off 100 pounds myself, I understand the struggles of being overweight and making the transition into a weight loss journey. I am not a tough love trainer, I am supportive, encouraging, and motivating. I walk right with you every step of the way to achieve ALL of your fitness goals, no matter how great or small! Small steps are the key, let me show you the way.
