Shape Up LLC offers virtual Personal training, nutrition, and life coaching services. With Shape Up, my goal is to support, motivate, and guide individuals so they can reach their goals. In personal training, I focus on: Dynamic Weight Training Muscle Confusion Training. HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training Core Training Nutritional guidance and support Everything in balance. I use many different techniques and show many levels of each maneuver. My goal is to not over whelm but gradually increase and show improvement over time with small mini goals.
My favorite client story
My brother in law. At age 49 was 25 pounds over weight. He tried everything and stuck to nothing! He finally came to me. We worked together and he lost 15 pounds and is still losing. Nothing better than helping people get healthy and find happiness!
My favorite exercise
Lately I have been doing more yoga (one of the most under-rated workouts) and something called 80 Day Obsession by Autumn Calabrese. I like mixing it up so boredom doesn't have a chance to set in.

My training experience
I have been involved with P90X training since 2009 and became P90X certified in March of 2012. I am also a personal trainer with several years experience in many other forms of exercise. In 2010 I became a Certified Sports of Nutritionist. What you eat and when is 80% of the battle!
