My favorite client story
I don't know if I have a favorite client story but I would say what resonates the most with me is when one of my clients says how much fun my workouts are. This is important to me because in my experience we tend to prioritize those things that we enjoy, and if I can make my workouts enjoyable for my clients I am one step closer to getting them to prioritize making it to the Gym to work out.
My favorite exercise
Any exercise that works your core muscles, and the muscles that serve to stabilize the body. It is impossible to be all that you can be athletically or functionally without a strong core.
