About Brendan

Brendan Hogg began Personal Training after years of struggling with past injuries interrupted his active lifestyle and professional dance education. Constantly being in an out of a Physical Therapist's office, he began to wonder if there was a better and smarter way to train. He wanted to correct and minimize pain from previous injuries, but also examine his body to understand the risk he may be at for future injury. His work with Mentor Steve Massamini at Mass Fit in Society Hill began that journey. He has since gained numerous certifications to further his education and continues to stay up to date with the latest information to correctly train someone based on their specific goals and specific physical road blocks, that we unfortunately all have to face. I have worked with various populations from professional dancers and marathon runners to those starting a new work out regime, and may feel a bit overwhelmed or intimidated. Brendan's goal is to have everyone of his clients, no matter how experienced, to leave feeling stronger, feeling less pain and to be able to live a healthier and happier life.
