I have a wrestling background and I have studied combat sports for the last 10 years. I also have the goal of reaching the Crossfit games by the 2019-2020 open.

I now train Ametur boxers and MMA practioners with a functional approach to training in order to grow them bigger stronger and faster, both in and out of the ring. My fighting style is a mixture of wrestling, boxing, wing-chun, and jiu-jitzu
