My approach to training is based on building a rapport with each client; understanding their exercise likes/dislikes, goals and lifestyle. From that, I create a program that is tailored specifically to each client’s needs — complete with nutritional guidance.
I like to keep workouts fun and challenging, while offering variety. Starting at a pace that you can handle is critical for me, followed by increasing levels of intensity as your fitness level progresses.
Ultimately, my goal is to impart to each client a wealth of knowledge of good exercise and fitness so that they’re empowered to eat well and stay fit whether working with a trainer or not. This ongoing client education not only keeps them interested and highly motivated, but the physical results are truly amazing!
