My introduction to fitness came via running local races for charity as a way to give back to the community. This quickly escalated into Marathon running which led me to volunteering at my local running store as an assistant coach for their seasonal running & strength classes. I quickly discovered that helping others reach their fitness goals was very motivating and rewarding. This motivation is what inspired me to obtain Personal Trainer Certifications so that I could expand my opportunities to help people grow and reach their fitness goals.
