I am dedicated to the success of anyone that works with me. We set goals and together come up with an individualized plan to achieve them. I offer customized personal training plans and I also have personal programs for nutrition, weight loss and optimum health.

My favorite client story

Over 6 months I took a client who was overweight, not exercising at all and feeling low on energy to a confident successful woman that was 30 pounds lighter, running half marathons and doing 60 day walks for breast cancer.

My favorite exercise

I love doing back squats. They work the biggest muscle group and you feel so good the next day having done a good hard workout.
