Joe has NASM certification in personal training, USTA Cardio Tennis certification, certfied AFAA Group Instructor and has NASM specializations in Youth Exercise, Senior Exercise, MMA Conditioning, GOLF Fitness, and Fitness Nutrition. Currently Joe is completing a Masters Degree in Leadership at Cabrini University and working on a CSCS certification.
In addition to working with adults, O'Hara Fitness trains young athletes improve their level of fitness. Joe has experience running training programs at the prestigious Julian Krinsky Summer Camp at Villanova University, which draws 90 top athletes from around the world.
O'Hara Fitness currently operates out of two locations. Our first studio which is inside the Julian Krinsky Tennis Club in Narberth and our newest studio which is located inside the Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hills. From the young beginner to the professional athlete, O'Hara Fitness offers a program for everyone.

Joe O'Hara has been my personal trainer for the last few months. I started with him because I was having a lot of back pain and I was having trouble doing my job as a surgeon. Joe has helped me enormously. My back feels much better. Joe is a great guy. He shows up on time every time and he is flexible if my schedule changes. I only have great things to say about him. I would recommend him highly.
O'Hara fitness workouts are the best around, they work for a person just starting out in fitness, and they work for people who are fitness nuts and need a change of pace. It forces you to use parts of your body you didn't know you could use. It will give you results if you put in the effort and that is what O'Hara Fitness is all about.
