My approach to health and wellness is both practical and realistic. If you do the work you get the results. I am passionate about my craft and will strive to ingrain that same positive energy into you. After an initial physical evaluation, a program will be tailored to meet your specific goals that is diverse, challenging, fun and free from boredom.
There are no shortcuts to this process, you have to take the stairs. I believe that success comes in stages and expectations should be realistic, however, lofty goals can be reached if the willingness to want to change is in place. This is the beginning of the journey to discovering the new you. Next is the action phase which requires hard work, dedication and most of all, patience. Remember, progress not perfection... let the results happen!
My favorite client story
I have a client who lost an astounding 110lbs. over 12 months. The most rewarding story was working with a client suffering from Parkinson's disease. The resistance training aspect of his program enabled him to function. more efficiently with daily life tasks (things we take for granted). It was truly a joyful experience.
My favorite exercise
The last one of my workout! Honestly, I would have to say the Burpee...it induces full body engagement and seems to be the most feared.

My training experience
ACSM certified and BS in Kinesiology. My demographics range from the adolescent to the retired professional. I have been servicing the Mainline/greater Philadelphia area over 15 years.
