About Justin

The world of health and fitness can be overwhelming and confusing with many theories, fad diets, and complicated exercises. I teach my clients proper nutrition and exercise based on their personal goals and unique bodies. I love to see my clients progress each week in the areas of strength, fat loss, cardiovascular capabilities, flexibility, and improved blood pressure readings!

We can work together to strategically reach your goals for a better quality of life, improved internal health, and a nicely toned body! It is essential that my clients have a motivation to change because with change, comes resistance.

My education and experience in the field of counseling has allowed me to establish excellent rapports with my clients. We both maintain a relationship that consists of honest feedback and accountability.

For years I have always been a yo-yo dieter, always looking for the “quick fix.” My solution to my weight problem was to starve myself. That has always been my life. I hated my body. I hated my overly large stomach. I hated my jiggly arms. And to top it all off, the workouts that I had been doing weren’t working. Of course I lost weight, who wouldn’t by starving themselves, but I never received the results I was looking for (toned arms, sculpted legs, flat stomach etc.). The scale was my own worst enemy. I ultimately hated my body. Once I finally hit my all-time high weight of 160 pounds, I had had enough. So I called Justin and asked for his help. Justin immediately started working on my plan, and I started within days. After only ONE WEEK I saw my stomach shrinking. After two weeks, even more. At three weeks, I had lost TWO dress sizes and I was in complete shock at how my body was shrinking right before my eyes. In just one month my stamina has increased, I lost fat and gained muscle. Even with my hectic schedule my body has reaped the benefits. But I could not have done any of this without the encouragement and support from Justin. No matter what time it was he was there to help. My journey has been successful and will continue to be successful because of his knowledge and support. FITNESS is MY new addiction of life.
