About Kelly

Hello! I'm a Philadelphia based personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I have a background in theatre, gymnastics, and dance. In addition to personal training, I teach classes in Barre, Cardio Dance, and Weightlifing. I have extensive experience working with many populations including seniors, student athletes, and children. I love working with clients of all backgrounds, and will make sure that your program is personalized to you! I take into account all injuries and limitations to provide a safe workout environment for you to achieve your goals. I provide a heavy focus on form and technique - it's important to me not only to provide a program, but to teach clients how to implement good workout habits on their own. Building healthy habits takes time. Fitness and wellness is a trifecta of body, mind, and soul.

My training experience

I've worked at several gyms in Philadelphia including large facilities, independent boutique studios, and luxury fitness clubs. I'm certified in Personal Training and Group Fitness. I grew up as a gymnast and dancer, which has informed much of how I approach space and body.
