About Matt

My education and training experience is with college and professional athletes, where I learned the most effective injury prevention, body composition optimization, strength and conditioning strategies in the industry. My former athletes include 17 NFL draft picks including several more undrafted free agents, 4 NCAA wrestling All-Americans, and several All-Conference college athletes. I understand that not everybody is an athlete, but everybody should train to perform whatever tasks they do day-to-day and consistently progress toward achieving whatever goals they have. I have been exposed to more training styles than any other coach in the city, and I would be happy to share my expertise to help guide your progress and educate you on strategies to take care of your own body.
