As a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have a broad range of experience with clients coming from various fitness backgrounds.
For beginners, I focus mainly on mobility and functional strength through the use of body weight, kettle bells and resistance bands. With these, my goal is to gradually increase core stability, improve posture, repair muscle pattern overload and also increase in lean muscles mass.
For the conditioned athlete, I focus more on strength and power progression. Depending on the type of athletic activity and goals a client desires, conventional and unconventional methods/equipments would be utilized to achieve specific movement pattern progression.
