About Margaret

I am an NSCA certified personal trainer and USA National Team rower and World Champion training toward the Olympics. As an athlete, I understand the amount of work it takes to achieve even the most ambitious goals, and also how great the payoff of success is.  My goal is to push you to your limits while still providing the support you need to keep your motivation high.

My training style is very much based off of my personal journey as an athlete- I am a firm believer in hard work, but I also believe in the importance of having fun! Fitness should be a positive experience, which is why I am here. I became a trainer to help people feel confident and motivated in their fitness journeys and work toward a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. 

My clients have ranged from first-time exercisers to ex-professional athletes, and I have trained them for everything from extreme weight loss to elite athletic performance.

My training experience

I have worked in gyms doing one-on-one training and group training environments (~30 people) and have extensive rowing coaching experience. In addition to in-person training I have been a remote fitness coaching for the past couple of years (message me if this is an option you'd like to learn more about!).
