Having always been active outdoors most of my years and then all of the sudden work gave me a sedentary lifestyle which made me overweight to 225+ pounds for the first time in my life. Went back home from Atlanta and everyone I knew said I was overweight and that got me back into fitness. I dropped my weight in about 6 months through fitness and nutrition. I told myself I will always maintain a balanced fitness and work-life and decided to become a personal trainer. Ever since then I have kept an active lifestyle which includes basketball, weightlifting, yoga, hiking, boxing, HIIT, dodgeball, and much more. Looking forward to our time together.
