I was very pleased with my training session with Kelly. I have never used a personal trainer before and was a bit nervous but Kelly put me at ease right away. She was interested in hearing about my goals and how she could help me achieve them. The program she has come up with fits me and is not a typical generic program. She had great advice on nutrition as well. Kelly is very personable and it is easy to draw off her energy. I would highly recommend her to others.
