I found my passion for personal training through my battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Many years after being diagnosed and living a sedentary lifestyle, I decided to try working out again. With modifications and consistency I quickly realized exercising helped with my arthritis! I immediately started sharing my journey online and became passionate about motivating others to get moving. A couple years after discovering my passion for the fitness industry, I decided to get certified as a personal trainer through NASM. Since then I have been working as a personal and group trainer in Atlanta. My mission as a personal trainer is to prove that we can still get our bodies moving in a fun, safe way, regardless of limitations. My favorite form of exercising is dancing! Outside of the gym I love scriptwriting and directing short films. I also brings awareness for Rheumatoid Arthritis on social media by making funny videos. Lastly I enjoy traveling. Having grown up abroad and traveling the world, I love to learn about new cultures and try new cuisines!
