About Caitlyn

Ever since I can remember health and fitness have played a major role in my life and I'm ready to help you take the next step in your wellness journey. I started training as a group fitness instructor and fell in love with getting to know each person who entered my class and watching them grow. From young teenagers to senior citizens, I have worked with all ages and thus a range of goals. I grew up playing tennis and surfing, played rugby in college, and am now an avid runner. I like to challenge my clients and push them to points they aren't used to, while also encouraging and teaching along the way. Lastly, I prefer to design a program for each client after we meet and discuss goals although I do focus more on body weight, agility, cardio conditioning, and HIIT style workouts. I look forward to working you!
