Fitz is a Certified Master Trainer with over 20 years experience. Fitz uses his dynamic and creative style of training to ensure amazing results. Master Trainer Fitz continues to work with a diverse group of clients ranging from teenagers to the mature, pre and postnatal, rehabilitation, disabled,  fitness professionals and those with cardiovascular issues. He integrates elements of calisthenics, weight training, sports specific training, functional training, agility, plyo-metrics, resistance training, static stretching and mental training. The way Master Fitz combines these methods allows for fast results in training his clients. He improves the lives of people he serves bringing his experience, knowledge and passion with customized exercise plans: he ensures that his clients learn and maintain proper form and techniques for better muscular growth and safety. My favorite exercise

I love all forms of exercise!!! All have their place in the grand scheme of things. I think it's great if you have a favorite exercise, but it is important to mix it up and try new activities, both for the mind and body.
