My passion for fitness started when I was 15. I became self conscious about my poor muscle tone and posture, so I started doing exercises that helped my alignment and was amazed at how it boosted my confidence and self image.
Like many young fitness enthusiasts, I pursued a bodybuilding lifestyle and trained to get bigger, leaner, and stronger. Incidentally, I began to develop chronic pain and tension in my neck and back. I was so driven to keep lifting and would ignore the pain. In 2008, I had an injury that caused a disk herniation and required surgery. I had 2 months of recovery time, and this was the biggest game changer of my life. I used that recovery time to obtain my Personal Trainer certification and I focused primarily on corrective exercise in order to bounce back from my injury. No longer was I going to jeopardize my spine for the sake of building muscle.
Training came natural to me and I instantly started building solid client relationships. I felt so passionate about being able to help people and I received praise for doing such an awesome job. I learned how to accommodate just about anyone, and make the most out of minimal equipment. There have been times that I would have a scheduled session with a client and somehow we would be locked out of the gym, and I would still create a perfect workout outside with zero equipment and no awkward "what do I do next " moments!
The best thing about my training career is that my passion and interest never stops growing. I am always learning new techniques, and when I learn about something that helps me improve my health, I share it with my clients.
I take alot of pride in what I do and would be very honored to have the opportunity to work with you!
My favorite client story
My friend Sam lost 60lbs of fat and developed a lean, hard body within 3 months with me. He started telling everyone he knows and sent me lots of referrals. 5 years later, I still train him for free since he continues to pay me with new client referrals. Thanks Sam!

My training philosophy
Goals should not be measured by pounds or inches. They should be measured by how you feel and what you see when you look in the mirror.
My training experience
I started at a small personal training studio in Sandy Springs, after exploring different possibilities. I am grateful for this experience because I learned how to become innovative and make the most out of limited space and equipment.
