I am a former athlete and certified personal trainer who specializes in youth conditioning and weight loss. I offer nutrition advice and daily training sessions usually lasting about an hour, five days a week. I push my clients to the limit and help them acheive things that they would not do on their own. I make my work outside fun and although I have been told that i am tough, I am also encouraging. Having struggled with my own weight issues, I knowed first hand what it is like to be overweight and what it is like to be in shape.
