Your first session is a fitness evaluation. I will get to learn about your body mechanics through the Functional Movement Screen. Don't worry, this fitness evaluation is not about lifting heavy weights, or running fast. It's about your movement patterns and diagnosing dysfunction. From there, we talk about your goals; weight loss, toning, relieving chronic pain, improving sports performance. I will guide you through a course of action and design a fitness program tailored just for you.
