I’ve been working with Trell once a week for 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Trell is very knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging - she’s great at knowing when to push me harder or revise a workout if I’m struggling too much. She makes different workouts every time that seem to be tailored to me specifically, and I always look forward to each session. She’s helped me improve my strength and form, and working with her has gotten me excited about exercising. She’s also been amazingly flexible with my schedule. I’ve had to reschedule last minute several times and it hasn’t been a problem. One thing I didn’t like about past trainers was them seeming to be preoccupied with their phones or talking to others; Trell is not like that, she’s very engaging and LISTENS! Great trainer all around. I just wish I could go more often than once a week!
I knew during my first session with Trell that I had the perfect trainer. She works me hard and during some sessions I don’t even know how hard until later in the day. After only 18 sessions I have noticed great changes in my body, I have more energy and my friends have noticed too. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, Trell is the best.
I am 51 years old and have had many injuries on my right side causing weakness and poor balance. I started training with LaTrell in mid-October of 2018. From day one, she has been intentional, professional, and encouraging. I met LaTrell when I moved from working out in the afternoon to 5:30 AM in the morning. I was extremely worried about my level of commitment because I am not a “morning” person at all. LaTrell has made it very easy to get up three mornings each week to exercise. I appreciate her positive interactions with me. She praises me when she sees me struggle. LaTrell also anticipates my need for alternative exercises. I appreciate her attention to my abilities as well as my disabilities. She always pushes me to do better. For example, on the very first day LaTrell had me do one leg squats. It was very difficult for me. She saw my struggle and provided an alternate way to help me balance and succeed. She didn’t forget my struggle. Several weeks later, she challenged me with the same exercise again. She believed in me! Since I have been working with LaTrell, I have gained confidence and strength to do little things like climbing stairs, balancing, and so much more. Thanks to LaTrell I can see my strength and ability! Did I mention that I also lost 10 pounds?!
